These services are operated by Tradify LLP (or your formal company name).

2. Eligibility

To use Tradify services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

• Not be restricted by local regulations related to Forex trading or investment

3. Account Management Disclaimer

• Tradify only requires investor login credentials (read-only access).

• We cannot withdraw or deposit funds from your trading account.

• Performance is not guaranteed – all trading involves risk.

• Users must understand the risks involved in Forex and agree to hold Tradify harmless from any trading losses.

4. Competitions

• Entry fees are non-refundable unless cancelled by Tradify.

• Credentials for demo accounts will be provided post registration.

• Leaderboards will be updated in real-time or as per competition rules.

• Cheating, account sharing, or use of unauthorized tools may lead to disqualification.

5. Educational Content & Mentorship

• All courses, live sessions, and downloadable resources are for educational purposes only.

• No part of the material guarantees profits or success in real-money trading.

• You may not resell, distribute, or reproduce course content.

6. Bots & Indicators

• All bots are intended for use on specified platforms (e.g., MT5).

• Performance varies with market conditions.

• You are solely responsible for configuring and using the bots correctly.

• Tradify is not liable for losses caused by bot usage.

7. Payments and Refund Policy

• All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways.

• Courses and bots are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

• In case of duplicate transactions or payment errors, contact support within 72 hours.

8. Intellectual Property

• All logos, brand names, course content, software, and graphics are owned by Tradify.

• Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tradify is not liable for:

• Losses incurred from trading activities

• Account misuse by the user

• System downtime or data loss

• Actions taken based on educational content or mentorship advice

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account if:

• Terms are violated

• Fraud or abuse is suspected

• Any illegal activity is detected

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tradify after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
